The ring is 100% symmetrical and it will go on as the threads allow. The VERY important thing is to align the insert molded screw, on the top of the heater assy, that holds the module, exactly where the rightmost hash mark is. This will ensure the module nipple is protected as you re-assemble the tank to the vehicle. First, open your Jetta’s trunk. The AdBlue filler is located on the left hand side and it is protected by a black plastic cover. Remove the cover to find the filling port cap. Remove the cap and attach the AdBlue Filler Hose or whatever tool you intend to use and proceed filling the tank. Be aware that there is no automatic stop or gauge on I found an Adblue website. AdBlue tank is 4.5 gallons. And while the dealership is supposed to "refill" it, my guys at Northpoint VW in central AR only added 2 bottles (1 gallon). The service mgr thinks it only holds 2 gallons (4 bottles) and the mechanic said that all he knew is that he's suppose to add 2 bottles "when the light comes on". Another question regarding Adblue. I found a Shell garage locally which has Adblue pumps. the guys behind the tills said the pumps were for HGVs only. I gave them a try - at 60 p per litre it is half the price of the plastic packs on their forecourt. The nozzle fitted into the filler, but there was no flow triggered when I pulled the handle. Yellow indicator lights are a sign that there is a possible issue, and the yellow color is trying to tell you to use caution when driving. If you see a yellow warning light, make sure you have your vehicle looked at by a Volkswagen service technician as soon as possible. 1. ABS — Potential anti-lock braking system issue. Jan 23, 2018. #15. I've the same issues few week ago whit 2015 Golf Tdi. Adblue error, no start in 600 miles. The OBD2 code was P20E8, for adblue pump pressure. The dealer replace adblue injector, fix leak from the pump, and change the pump itself. Now it's been more than 600 miles running whit no light or warning. I get 'Free' Adblue with a Motability car but it means getting into a Dealership for the top up so i usually just use filling stations with Adblue pumps. That is with a filler inside the boot and there is no spillage. But then no spillage when using a 10 Litre container and spout. Edited 2 December, 2018 by Offski 2015 Golf TDI AdBlue Help Please! My 2015 VW Golf TDI SE that I purchased in April had its 10k check-up, oil change, etc a few weeks ago (yes, I drive a lot!). Now at 13,500 miles the AdBlue notification popped up saying that AdBlue is required in 1,500 miles. I know that AdBlue is topped off during the 10k check-up (or so they say) so I called Furdpqs.
