I'm not 100% sure about this, but I believe the only way to get Helix credits without paying for them (and ignoring the UPlay ones), is to play through the Server Bridge parts in the main story. Every time you finish one of them, you should get 100 Helix Credits (and unlock a new set of Rifts), for a total of 300 by the time you finish the game.
