Headrest comes out easy. just need to lean the seat forward, lift the head rest to the highest point, then insert the q7 key into the little slot and push and pull. comes right out. The 2/3 section has a middle fold down arm rest. I do not know if this can easily be removed to do what your considering. If I understand what you are looking at, you're considering 6
